Ref: AG (A&E) Letter No. GM/IAS I/45-47 dated 30/4/07 received on 14/5/07

I received a copy of letter under reference addressed to the Chief Secretary on 14/5/07. I am enclosing the following

A copy of CTC assuming charge as MD Mysore Lamps on 28/3/07. (signed in ink)
The transfer was done with malicious intention to protect the corrupt against whom I had reported to the Chief Secretary. I had repeatedly brought this to the notice of both the Chief Secretary and the Principal Secretary. As the Company is closed for more than three years and does not have even a single permanent staff or officer, I had asked under the RTI Act the work I have to do as a full time Managing Director. I had also stressed the point that the post was held as an additional charge by a very junior non-IAS officer while I, a Principal Secretary Grade Officer have been appointed as full time MD without my consent. Till today I have not been told what I have to do as the Government itself has argued before the High Court repeatedly that the Company can not be revived. In this connection I am giving a copy of proceedings of the Board Meeting held on 4/5/07 as both the Terms and Conditions of deputation issued by the DPAR and the reposting order issued by the C&I Department make absolutely no sense. I continue to work from my home as no staff/security has been provided to me. Also Sri Somanna has not taken action as per the Guidelines of the Department of Public enterprises regarding moveable assets illegally sold during his time as MD and I have asked the Government to continue him as a full time Director to assist me.
Yours Faithfully,

Copy to

The Chief Secretary to Govt of Karnataka, DPAR (Services I), Vidhana Soudha , Bangalore 560 001 to release my salary from 28/3/07 and provide minimum facilities
The Principal secretary, C&I Department, Vikasa Soudha, Bangalore 560 001
